Breakfast with a jar of compote and bread butter, for instance. Very friendly and attentive staff and attention to detail. Location adjacent to restaurant downstairs, the river and surroundings and the old castle.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch and our room, a comfortable 2-bed room, was clean and cozy. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, offering us a fantastic dining experience.

The room at Hôtel la Chaumière was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home! The free WiFi was a big plus, allowing us to stay connected. The private bathroom had a lovely shower, and the free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. We even had a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV for our convenience. the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The only thing we didn't love was that the room didn't have a bathtub, but that's just our personal preference. Others might not mind at all.

Staff spoke perfect English, so refreshing when in France. The restaurant had a "unique" taste, definitely not what I was expecting. The check-in desk in the bar was a great touch, felt like I was already on vacation with a drink in hand.
Parking across the street was such a hassle, I enjoyed playing real-life Frogger every time I needed my car.

The hotel had a cool and comfortable atmosphere, even on a hot day without air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the town. It had a traditional, old-fashioned charm, which added to its unique appeal.
The hotel lacked a reception area, which made check-in a bit confusing and inconvenient. It would have been better if there were staff available to assist guests upon arrival.
